In regards to the additional products, we have a skin installed and we have a product that we had custom developed for us that connects to a PostgreSQL database. We've looked at slow PostgreSQL queries causing problems and have not been able to find an issue. We've also tested for the case where the PostgreSQL server is down and have not been able to create an issue. We therefor...

I arrived in California today for the AJAX World Conference. The only direct flight we could find arrived in Oakland Airport. After collecting our luggage we left the terminal building, crossed the street and got a van / cab.
The fee schedule for these vans from the Oakland Airport to San Jose says $15 for each passenger or $65 if you want to ride alone.
The Egyptian immigrant driver of the van we rented (pictured above), EZ Ride Express with California license plates 6W68864 and 510 395 5566 phone number which was advertised on the vehicle, charged us $100 instead of $65 and got violent at the hotel he dropped us off.
The same driver drove the entire way from the airport to the hotel exceeding the speeding limit most of the way and rudely asking us the street address of the hotel.
When we told him that there is only one Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, and he should not be driving a cab as a professional driver if he did not know the major points of interest, he got increasingly upset.
Finally, when we paid him $80 with tip for the $65 fare, he threw the money on the floor and threatened that he would get his $100 from us no matter what it takes.
Feared of our lives we paid him the $100 he demanded and barely ran away not to get run over as he backed up his car on us.
This violent immigrant man should be forbidden working in any service industry, his criminal record should be checked and preferably deported back to his homeland Egypt since he is a person full of hate toward his fellow citizens and customers and a dishonest cab driver.
